Where does TRIPESSENTS ship?

We currently ship to Houston, Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy and Rosenberg, Texas. Our goal is to provide unique and affordable luggage to our community and the whole world— eventually. Head to our contact page and let us know what city you would like us to ship your carry-ons and checked luggage or even any other travel accessory.

Return & Exchange Policy

Easy 7-Day Return or Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to B&H within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return or exchange online, by phone or Live Chat.

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

 

If you decide that your new Away product isn’t perfect for you, you can return it within 100 days of your purchase. Fill out the form at Contact | TripEssents, and we’ll take care of the rest. All personalized items are made to order, so these orders do not have a 100-day trial and cannot be returned—but our limited warranty still applies. 

 

In order to exchange an item, you can send your original order back as a return and place a new order online at your earliest convenience.  

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging through the trial period.

Please note that The Compression Socks, The Travel Neck Pillow, The Travel Blanket, and The Sleep Mask are fully returnable within 100 days as long as the tamper-evident seal is intact. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide a refund to the original form of payment. The Face Mask and Replacement Filters are final sale. All final sale items are yours to keep. How do I make a return?

It’s easy—head to our contact page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer free returns in areas where we also offer free shipping.

Can I cancel my order once I've placed it?

​

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to cancel or make any changes to an order once it’s been placed. If you’re travelling soon, we recommend that you place a new order for the color or size you would prefer, and we can assist with a return of the original order.
